SERVICES
Gardening. During your stay at La Cabaña, our own staff will keep care of the garden in order to have it in a perfect state of maintenance.
Swimming Pool Maintenance. Periodically, our staff will clean the pool ground and skimmers, and keep care of general swimming pool maintenance.
Market Garden. During summer time we keep a small market garden under production where to get seasonal vegetables such as tomatos, courgettes, green peppers, etc. that are available for the consumption of our guests. Market garden maintenance is part of our staff tasks.
Cleaning. At any moment our guests may ask for an extra cleaning service which has an extra cost. It will be arranged to do it during the morning and it must be required 24 hours in advance.
Laundry. Even if La Cabaña has its own laundry which is available for the use of our guests, at the time of ordering a cleaning service, guests may also ask for the replacement of bed sheets and towels. This service has an extra cost.
Winter sports. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing. A professional team will provide you with everything you need: equipment, ski passes, class reservations, or the organization of a snowshoeing route, if you are interested.
Summer sports. During the summer season you can practice paddlesurfing, kayaking or pedal boats with your family, and even venture down half of the Verde River gorge using climbing techniques such as abseiling, jumping into crystal clear water pools or sliding down stone slides that the water has sculpted over millennia.
Bike Renting. La Cabaña also has an external service to rent road or mountain bikes. The booking must be done one day in advance, pointing out the number of bikes, kind (road/mountain), type (female/male/child) and size.
Mountain Bike Trips. We also have the possibility to organize guided mountain bike trips together with a specialist, who will advise you about the best places to go and organize a day or weekend trip, guiding you through stunning natural sites in Sierra Nevada or visiting the charming small towns of Las Alpujarras, with their unique corners of typical architecture and delicious local food. If interested, we will provide you the contact of the specialized company that provides this service. You should contact them a week in advance.
Catering. A specialized catering company may provide a custom made catering service for family parties. Let us know what you need and they will design a special event for you. They employ a wide variety of possibilities, always based on best raw materials, inspired by the traditions of Mediterranean cooking, local home-made dishes and some japo-nikei influences. Paellas, fideuás, barbecues, seafood/shellfish meals, oriental evenings, wine tasting dinners, etc.
Fabio, Argentinian Master Chef. You also may organize a barbecue leaded by a professional Argentinian chef that will provide you its best raw food and will guarantee a right grilled meat. This service is subject to Fabio availability, so we kindly ask you to program it in advance with enough time.
Physiotherapy. An external Physiotherapy Center may provide an exclusive service, managed by professional physiotherapist with large experience and treatments based on hand therapy, osteopathy and myofascial therapy among others, to get the most effective treatment and quickest recovery. They are specialist on sports injuries. Treatments may be arranged at home. Previous appointment is necessary.
Babysitter. You may have the service of a completely trustworthy person, with large experience, to take care of your children. Just ask us for her availability at any moment.
