The villa is located at the entrance to Gójar (Granada, Spain), near its limits with La Zubia and Los Ogíjares, next to the Sierra Nevada National Park, in a residential area surrounded by natural spaces for sports. Five minutes driving from the Health Science Park (PTS), Nevada Shopping Center and Granada downtown.

Easy communication through the A-44 Bailén-Sierra Nevada-Costa Tropical highway.
